Announcing did:day - An Exploration of Decentralized Identity at ETHDenver BUIDLWeek

Web3 has enabled countless users to take control of their financial assets across the web, and we aim to take this a step further - allowing users to control their identity and data.

We’re happy to announce did:day: a half-day event hosted by Spruce during ETHDenver’s #BUIDLWeek to explore all things decentralized identity in collaboration with other leaders and pioneers in the ecosystem. This is the first event dedicated to decentralized identity hosted during ETHDenver. It will take place on March 1st at The Source Hotel in Denver, CO.

did:day
did:day 2023 is a half-day summit during BUIDLweek at ETHDenver, filled with lightning talks, panels, and keynotes from the Web3 Identity ecosystem.

At did:day, we’ll be joined by speakers representing other leaders in the space–including Disco, Ceramic, ENS, Gitcoin Passport, PolygonID, Unlock, Lit Protocol, CyberConnect, and Lens–to bring together visionaries who are building the foundations to turn decentralized identity into a reality.

Our mission with did:day is to create a forum dedicated to educating about decentralized identity, how it impacts web3 and beyond, and how we cross the chasm to mass adoption. The event will feature several lightning talks and panels, covering numerous topics around user-controlled identity and data, decentralized social media, and key management.

We invite builders, industry leaders, and individuals curious about Web3 identity to attend and learn about what’s happening in the world of user control beyond finance.

Registration is now open, and we’re using Unlock Protocol for a native web3 ticketing experience. Space is limited, so please only register if you intend to attend! If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to drop us a line in our Discord, or on Twitter. We’ll see you in Denver!
